以上数据是供参考的,具体的敷设是还有很多因素影响;如用电时间、敷设长度、散热条件、敷设方式影响、环境温度。
其他注意事项:
1、因电力电缆的绝缘和护层结构不同,品种系列较多,用户单位在选用时,由专业人员依照输配电线路设计中对电压级、载流量、线路敷设方式和所处环境条件等要求,确定某特定的型号、规格的电力电缆。
2、电力电缆的敷设安装,会直接影响电缆线路的使用性能和寿命,敬请充分关注和把握。
3、虽然交联聚乙烯电缆的导体限高允许正常工作温度为90℃,短路时为250℃,但这都是交联聚乙烯材料所能承受的极限。电缆在实际运行中适当降低些,对延长电缆使用寿命有好处。
4、安装时,电缆的拉力应在一定的范围内,否则会损坏电缆。电缆的**安全抗力取决于电缆材料的应力极限。
5、当电缆用于管道敷设时,应选用能抵挡在电缆安装时不变形的聚氯乙烯重型硬管,且内壁应光滑。同时在安装敷设的电缆护套上涂上石墨和其它适当的润滑剂,以防止安装时电缆的护套损坏。
6、电缆直埋敷设时,电缆沟至少应有0.6m深度,如属冻土地,电缆沟深度必须在冻土层以下。电缆沟的宽度满足电缆数量及工作需要即可。当电缆沟深度不能满足要求时,或需穿跨铁路、过路车主要通道时,电缆应用金属或混凝土管道保护。
